Bio

A.J. serves as General Counsel at Raine. Prior to joining Raine, A.J. was a practicing attorney at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he focused on private equity fund formation, private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, representing a diverse variety of private equity and strategic clients. A.J. received a B.A. in philosophy and political science from Amherst College, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a McKay Scholar.
