Bio

Mr. Marci joined Gladstone Land as a Managing Director in March 2018. His focus is on the acquisition of agricultural land and facilities in the western United States, as well as managing the long term leases and capital improvements of those properties. Mr. Marci has an extensive background in the agricultural industry and family history of farming in the Salinas Valley of California that continues today. Prior to joining Gladstone Land, he owned an agricultural pest control consulting business and worked for a couple large growers and shippers of vegetables and berries. He served for several years on the board of directors of the California Strawberry Commission. Mr. Marci has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and a minor in Crop Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
