Mr. Reiman joined The Gladstone Companies as a Managing Director in August 2013 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of West Coast Operations. His focus is on the acquisition of agricultural land and facilities in the Western United States, as well as managing the long term leases of those properties. Mr. Reiman has an extensive background in the Agricultural industry. His family has farmed for five generations in Ventura County, California. Prior to joining The Gladstone Companies, Mr. Reiman built and managed a $25 million strawberry and raspberry farming operation in Oxnard, CA. Previous to that he was Vice President of a large family owned strawberry farm, after working in the strawberry nursery business for several years. He has given much time in volunteer leadership for his industry on all levels, local to global, including being the immediate past Chairman of the Board of the California Strawberry Commission and a recent Chairman of the Ventura County Agriculture Association, a very powerful advocacy group. Much of Mr. Reiman’s accomplishments in these roles center around innovation and progressive strategic planning. Mr. Reiman has a BS from the University of California at Davis in Agricultural Science and Management.
