Chaim Miller is a Senior Managing Director in the Finance Group. Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Miller has been involved in the development and implementation of global tax planning strategies for the firm and its Private Equity funds, including structuring both domestic and cross-border investments and transactions. Before joining Blackstone in 2009, Mr. Miller worked as a Vice President in the New Product Development group at Merrill Lynch & Co. In that role, he developed and executed alternative structures and platforms to achieve tax, accounting and regulatory efficiency for various fixed-income products. Prior to that, he was an Associate in the Tax group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Miller received a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a James Kent Scholar.
