Andrea Serra is a Managing Director in the Tactical Opportunities group. Mr. Serra is involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. He has been involved in the execution of the group’s investments in Springcastle Holdings, Eletson Gas, Ascenty Data Centers, International Market Centers, Trimark, Incomm, Concert Golf Partners, YES Network, and ConnectiveRx. In addition, Mr. Serra is involved in Blackstone’s investments in life settlements, non-performing mortgages, consumer loans, structured credit, and regulatory capital transactions. Mr. Serra serves on the Board of Directors of Eletson Gas, Viva Capital, International Market Centers, Trimark, Incomm, and Concert Golf Partners. Prior to joining Tactical Opportunities, Mr. Serra worked at Blackstone's Private Equity Group in London and New York, and at Goldman Sachs in its Merger & Acquisitions Department in London. Mr. Serra received a degree in Business Management from the Bocconi University of Milan, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
