Bio

Daniel joined TCV in 2021 as a member of our People Team and focuses on talent management, organizational transformation, and culture. Prior to TCV, Daniel was a Global Business Partner at ByteDance, a Talent Management leader at Samsung Electronics America, and a Human Capital Strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP. He started his career as an employment lawyer in Washington D.C. and then joined Bank of America as a member of the Human Resources Rotational Leadership program, where he provided support in the areas of employee relations and business partner strategy. Daniel was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and spent over a decade on the east coast before returning to his home state. Daniel enjoys international travel, cycling, skiing, golf, spending time outdoors with his dog, and supporting his favorite sports teams: Chelsea FC and the Washington Capitals. Daniel received an M.B.A. and a Master of Industrial Relations from Cornell University, a juris doctor from Penn State Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
