Diana focuses on building and maintaining TA’s network of senior executives to improve hiring outcomes and scale growth within TA’s portfolio. As head of human capital in the Strategic Resource Group, Diana partners with management teams and deal sponsors to assist in the identification of world-class executive talent, manages relationships with key executive search firm partners and continues to expand TA’s network of interim consultants/operators, board members and advisors. Prior to joining TA in 2016, Diana was the Director of Talent for OpenView Venture Partners, where she built and managed the venture capital firm’s talent acquisition function, responsible for hiring over 450 employees for key positions in their portfolio since 2009. Previously, she held roles as the Director of Recruiting at Matchbox, a SaaS startup, and as a consultant at recruitment firm Michael Page International.
