Mr. Stout serves as Chairman of Clarion Brands LLC and glōProfessional. Mr. Stout is past Director of Border Foods, Inc., Fleischmann Vinegar Co., Gilchrist & Soames, Inc., Good Source Solutions, International Fiber Corporation, Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Lavo, Inc., Prepared Meal Holdings, Inc., and Santa Cruz Nutritionals. Mr. Stout joined SPC in 2000. He was previously a Vice President with Lombard Investments, a middle-market buyout firm. Mr. Stout's experience also includes The Argosy Group and Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he specialized in leveraged finance. He received an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA degree from Vanderbilt University.
