David leads Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation across the growth equity and private capital portfolio. His mandate is to partner with founders and their teams to accelerate growth. Portfolio Value Creation proactively collaborates with portfolio leadership teams on their terms on strategic, go-to-market, talent-related, and operational topics. He is also responsible for Susquehanna-sponsored community building and events. Before Susquehanna, David was the COO of SAP’s industry-specific, finance, and supply-chain software sales organizations, with functional responsibility for operations, marketing, enablement, and strategic topics. Prior, he was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, working on various growth strategy, pricing, sales force effectiveness, and operational excellence projects. He started his career founding MarchingOrder.com in 1999, a cloud company focused on making graduation ceremonies better for everyone. David graduated with an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with distinction where he was Siebel Scholar. He also has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.
