Ankur Rathi is a Principal at Sunstone Partners and is involved in sourcing, deal execution and portfolio monitoring. At Sunstone Partners, Ankur is involved in the firm’s investments in NETSPI, ProgenyHealth, Thirdera, and Avertium. Prior to joining Sunstone Partners in 2016, Ankur was an Associate at Riverside Partners, a technology and healthcare focused private equity firm. Before Riverside, Ankur was an Associate at Allstate Investments, focused on global investing as a limited partner in private equity firms. Ankur began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at BMO Capital Markets. Raised outside of Chicago, Ankur earned a BS in Accountancy and a BS in Finance with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
