David Kurzweil, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, joined Sun Capital in 2011. At Sun Capital, Mr. Kurzweil is responsible for global regulatory compliance for Sun Capital’s investment adviser and private equity fund business. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Mr. Kurzweil served as a Senior Vice President and Associate Counsel at Managers Investment Group, LLC in Norwalk, CT. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, for Lazard Asset Management LLC. Mr. Kurzweil was also an associate at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP from 1999-2003. Mr. Kurzweil received a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.
