Daniel M. Florian, Managing Director, joined Sun Capital in 2007. Daniel co-leads the Boca Raton transaction team and co- leads the healthcare and business services investment practice. He currently sits on the boards of portfolio companies West Dermatology and Clinical Care Medical Centers. During his time at Sun Capital, Daniel has worked on dozens of transactions, including Aclara Technologies, StonePoint Materials, Frontier Spinning, Innocor, PaperWorks Industries, and SOS Security. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Daniel spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services group where he provided financial due diligence and other advisory services for corporate and financial buyers. He started his career in PWC’s audit practice. Daniel received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Suffolk University, where he was President of Beta Alpha Psi fraternity and captain of the men’s basketball team. He was inducted to the Suffolk University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016.
