Between recruiting top talent to join the Stripes family, overseeing our performance management process, coordinating our learning & development opportunities, and building and enhancing our culture, Courtney’s main priority is to create an environment where our people can thrive. Prior to joining Stripes in 2015, Courtney spent three years as a recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There, she recruited for their Global Banking and Markets internship and full-time programs.
