Alex is responsible for all aspects of tax planning, structuring, and reporting for Stripes and its funds. Prior to joining Stripes, Alex was the tax lead for Point72’s Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, including Cohen Private Ventures, Point72 Private Investments, and Point72 Ventures. Prior to Point72, Alex was a senior manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Practice at KPMG LLP where he provided tax planning and structuring services to clients in the private equity space. Alex is admitted to the Connecticut and New York State Bar. EDUCATION: B.A. in Economics, Johns Hopkins University; J.D., New York Law School, Cum Laude; Justice John Marshall Harlan Scholar;
