Bio

Mr. Baird is a member of the operations team, supporting the executive team across diversified initiatives including investments, fundraising, strategic projects and business development. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Baird was the executive officer at Greenspring Associates, a venture capital and growth equity investment firm that merged with StepStone in 2021. Before that he served as the CFO and executive director of management services for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Mr. Baird received his BBA and MBA from Loyola University
