Bio

Prior to joining Star Avenue Capital, Mr. Elson served as a Partner and Managing Director of Banc of America Capital Investors ("BACI"), the predecessor to Ridgemont Equity Partners. Prior to joining BACI in 1998, Mr. Elson spent six years in both the domestic and international divisions of Turner Broadcasting, Inc. where he held a number of managerial and sales positions, culminating in his post as Managing Director-Latin America, leading the company’s Mexico City office.
