Mr. Golio has more than 30 years of broad accounting and finance related experience as a Chief Financial Officer at both private and publicly held entities. Prior to joining Siris Capital in 2011, he was the Chief Financial Officer of MedQuist, a former S.A.C. Private Capital Group portfolio company, from 2009 to 2010, and was the North America Chief Financial Officer for D&M Holdings N.A., from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Golio was formerly the CFO of Belco Oil & Gas Corporation and the Millmaster Onyx Group and held various senior accounting and finance positions at AEG Corporation and Felmont Oil Corporation. Mr. Golio has an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and NY State Society of CPAs.
