Chad Gray joined Silver Lake in 2022 as Vice President, Data Science. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Chad held investing, operating, and leadership roles in quant hedge funds and SaaS tech companies. Most recently, Chad was on the investment team at Pluribus Labs where he specialized in applying data science and alternative data to gain insights into strength of company operations. Prior to quant finance, Chad was General Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Zyme, where he developed SaaS products for technology OEMs and hedge funds. Chad began his career as a consultant in McKinsey’s technology practice. Chad earned an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Computer Science from MIT, a B.S. in Engineering from Northwestern University, and is a CFA charterholder.
