Bio

Audra Paterna joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director and Head of Global Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Audra was the Director of Human Resources at Carlyle-Blue Wave (a joint venture with The Carlyle Group) where she was responsible for the development and implementation of all Human Resource related strategies and initiatives. Prior to Carlyle-Blue Wave, she was with The Carlyle Group and was responsible for a wide variety of Human Resource related programs and initiatives for the New York office. She holds a B.A. in English from Simmons College.
