Xiu Li Dong is a Principal with SFW Capital Partners. Ms. Dong joined SFW Capital Partners in 2017. She serves as a Director of Act, Captify, and Devada. She was actively involved in previous investments such as DaySmart Software. She participates in the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, industry research, and support of current investments. She was previously an Associate at H.I.G. Capital focusing on investments in growth-oriented companies in the consumer, technology, and healthcare verticals. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, she was an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking group of Jefferies LLC in New York City. Ms. Dong earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
