Bio

Ahmad A. Sheikh is a Partner with SFW Capital Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Sheikh joined SFW Capital Partners in 2007. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Granite River Labs, and is a Director of Caron Products and Services, Filtec, Ltd., GLG, Granite River Labs, Micromeritics Instrument Corporation, and Pion. He previously served on the Boards of Essen Bioscience, MD Buyline, and Spectro Scientific. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Sheikh worked as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in their Chicago and New York offices developing business strategies and improving operations for clients in the private equity industry through both due diligence and portfolio improvement. He also served clients in the industrial, healthcare, and energy sectors. He received a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
