Bio

Tristan joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2015 and is responsible for assisting in the financial management of the firm and its limited partnerships. Prior to joining SEP, Tristan was a senior associate at Ernst & Young LLP, where she focused primarily on tax compliance for private equity clients, and had also been an accounting manager at a start-up leasing company. She has over 10 years of diversified accounting, tax, and audit experience. Tristan graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a certified public accountant.
