Conrad joined Seidler Equity Australia at inception in 2017 and is involved in all investment activities, including the sourcing and closing of portfolio company investments, as well as assisting owner-operators and management teams on value-enhancing growth projects. Conrad began his professional career at Greenhill & Co, an independent investment banking company, where he worked on a number of M&A and strategic advisory assignments across the consumer, technology & media, education and general industrial sectors. His experience includes advising a number of owner-operator and family-owned SMEs on various organic and inorganic growth strategies, as well as exit planning and value optimisation. Prior to starting his career in finance, Conrad studied at The University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance (B.Comm, Finance).
