Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2016, Mr. Hendrick worked at Strategic Value Partners, where he led U.S. Origination and Trading, focusing on Wall Street intermediaries, banks, and other financial institutions. Mr. Hendrick additionally served as Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Strategic Value Credit Opportunities Fund. Prior to Strategic Value Partners, Mr. Hendrick co-founded the bank loan trading desk at DLJ (later Credit Suisse) in New York. Mr. Hendrick also previously held positions on the trading desks at Citibank and Merrill Lynch. He started his career at Continental Bank in 1986 in Chicago. Mr. Hendrick received a BS from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Indiana University.
