Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2011, Mr. Austin worked at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he worked on M&A assignments. He started his career in the Restructuring group at Rothschild in New York, where he worked on a variety of debtor-side advisory assignments. Mr. Austin received a BA from Bates College.
