Prior to working with Searchlight, Ms. Chambers served as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy, Product and Marketing Officer for Western Union. Previous roles include serving as Chief Marketing Officer of Global Retail and Commercial Banking at Barclays and Barclaycard, also leading its co-branded cards business in the UK. She also held C-level marketing and strategy roles with Bank of America and Freshfields. She is a former Partner in the Financial Institutions and Organization practices at McKinsey. Ms. Chambers currently serves on the boards of TSB Bank plc, Provident Financial Group plc, Tilney Smith & Williamson, and University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Ms. Chambers received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
