Prior to joining Searchlight in 2017, Mr. Mitchell worked as the Controller of TransUnion of Canada in Ontario. Prior to TransUnion of Canada, he served as Senior Business Advisor at RBC in Toronto, responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of RBC’s commercial lending portfolio. Mr. Mitchell previously served as Head of Finance with EQT in Guernsey, and as Controller for Bridgepoint Capital in London. Mr. Mitchell started his career at Crowe Clark Whitehill in London in 1998. Mr. Mitchell received a BA from the University of Warwick. He is a Canadian CPA, CA.
