Prior to joining Searchlight in 2020, Mr. Groban worked at Warlander Asset Management as a Senior Analyst where he was a generalist with a focus on the industrials and consumer sectors. Prior to Warlander Asset Management, Mr. Groban was a Partner and Head of Research for the Global Opportunities Fund at MatlinPatterson Global Advisers. Prior to MatlinPatterson, he worked at Moelis & Company, Jefferies & Company, and Key Bank. Mr. Groban received a BSc from Wake Forest University.
