Antoine Ernoult-Dairaine has served as Partner at Sagard since joining the firm in 2003. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Antoine invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in originating and executing a wide range of investments and tracking their performance. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2019. Antoine is based in Paris. Prior to Sagard, Antoine served as Vice-President, M&A at Goldman Sachs in London and Paris and as Vice-President, M&A at Salomon Brothers in London. He started his career as an Associate, M&A at Crédit Commercial de France (CCF), first in Milan then in Paris. Antoine holds an MBA from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).
