Bio

Bill became Roark’s Chief Compliance Officer in 2015, having served as an adviser to Roark since its inception. Bill has been a Partner in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding LLP (“K&S”) since 1991, is a member of K&S’s Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practices and has advised Roark on a wide range of corporate and fund-related matters since its founding. Bill has spent his entire legal career at K&S. Bill received a J.D. from Stanford University and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
