Bio

Dave joined Roark in 2008. He serves on the board of directors of Nothing Bundt Cakes, is actively involved in Roark’s investment in FOCUS Brands and previously worked on Roark’s prior investments in Atkins Nutritionals, Peachtree Business Products and Corner Bakery. Prior to joining Roark, Dave was a Senior Associate at American Capital, an investment fund with approximately $19 billion of capital under management. Prior to American Capital, Dave was a Manager in the transaction advisory services group at Ernst & Young, where he worked on financial due diligence projects for private equity firms. Dave received a B.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
