Bio

Mr. Chipchase is a Principal and Assistant General Counsel of Riverstone and leads Riverstone’s ESG monitoring and disclosure program. He is based in London. Prior to joining Riverstone in February 2014, Mr. Chipchase practised at Vinson & Elkins LLP in London where he specialized in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the energy, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Chipchase received his M.A. in History from Edinburgh University and his Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in England and Wales.
