Danny co-founded RiverGlade Capital in 2017 and has been active in principal investing since 1999. Prior to RiverGlade, Danny was a Managing Director at Sterling Partners, where he co-led the firm’s healthcare services investing practice. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Vector Securities International, where he focused on M&A and equity offerings for a variety of healthcare businesses. Prior to Vector, Danny was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Heitman Financial, a multi-billion-dollar owner and manager of commercial real estate assets. He is a founding member and former Chairman of the Illinois Venture Capital Association, the largest regional private equity association in the United States. Danny holds an AB in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
