Mr. Whitman is a founding partner of Renovus Capital and brings 10 years of private equity experience to the team. Prior to founding Renovus, Mr. Whitman was a Managing Director at Leeds Equity Partners, an education-focused private equity firm with $1 billion under management. While at Leeds Equity, Mr. Whitman was extensively involved in the firm’s investments in EduK Group, Campus Management Corporation, Ex Libris Group, Ponce Paramedical College, Talisma Corporation, Florida Technical College and the DAVE School. His other education investment experience includes Wall Street Institute, Education Management Corporation, Interwise, and Henley-Putnam University. Mr. Whitman is a summa cum laude graduate of Harvard University where he earned his B.A. in economics.
