Mr. Gilani is a founding partner of Renovus Capital and brings 10 years of private equity experience to the team. Prior to founding Renovus, Mr. Gilani was a Managing Director at Leeds Equity Partners, an education-focused private equity firm with $1 billion under management. While at Leeds Equity, Mr. Gilani was extensively involved in the firm’s investments in Miller Heiman, Skills Farm, EduK Group, Campus Management Corporation, Ex Libris Group, Ponce Paramedical College, Talisma Corporation, Florida Technical College and the DAVE School. His other education investment experience includes Datamark and Medsn. Mr. Gilani is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Management & Technology Program, where he earned a B.S. degree from the Wharton School in Economics with a concentration in Finance & Accounting and a B.A.S degree from the School of Engineering & Applied Science in Computer Science Engineering.
