Ed Fitzgerald is an Operating Partner at Red Arts Capital. Mr. Fitzgerald has over 30 years of experience in the Transportation & Logistics Sector and has held a variety of executive and operational roles in both asset-based and asset-light companies throughout his career. Prior to joining Red Arts, Ed was Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Alaska Freightways from 2007 until the company was sold to private equity in 2015. From 2004 to 2007, Ed served as President and Chief Executive Officer of USF Reddaway. At USF Reddaway, Ed was responsible for all business operations including strategic initiatives, performance and P&L management, revenue growth, marketing and customer service. Before his tenure at USF Reddaway, Mr. Fitzgerald was Senior Vice President of Daylight Transport. He has also held management positions at Consolidated Freightways and Walmart. He began his career in a management-training program with McLean Trucking where his experiences ranged from Terminal Management to District Sales Management responsibility. Ed graduated from California State University, Chico, with a B.S. degree in finance.
