D is President of Quantum and a member of QEP’s and QLCP’s Investment Committee and Quantum’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Quantum, D was a senior member of J.P. Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York where he advised domestic and foreign clients on over forty announced transactions with over $200 billion of enterprise value. During his career at J.P. Morgan, D was active in working with a wide range of large and small corporations, board special committees, management teams, private equity and infrastructure funds, and entrepreneurs on value enhancing strategies and transactions. D holds B.A./B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Ithaca College and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
