Bio

Dirk has been part of the team since 2015 and signs responsible for the value creation concepts, which are developed for the management teams of the portfolio companies. Dirk has advised numerous strategic, operational and financial midcap-transformations and -transactions across various industries. Prior to joining us, he worked at EY-Audit, PwC-Transactions/BRS and gained international management experience in a technology group. Dirk studied Business Administration at RFH Cologne, IE Business School Madrid as well as WHU in Vallendar and received a doctorate in Economics from the University of Manchester.
