Bio

Douglas Rosefsky brings to Prudentia his more than 25 years of experience in refinancing (JP Morgan) and operational leadership. During his 17 years at Alvarez & Marsal, where he managed the Paris office from 2008-2015, he served as interim director of numerous companies (Skis Rossignol, Sport 2000, etc.), and was twice awarded the title of Turnaround of the Year (for Warnaco –2003, and Rossignol - 2010). Since 2013, he has served on the faculty at INSEAD, where he teaches the negotiation of company takeovers and management of the first 100 days. Douglas, an American who has lived in France for more than 15 years, is a graduate of Duke University and Wharton (MBA in Finance).
