Bio

Ed Chestnut is a managing director and focuses on investor relations and fundraising. Prior to joining Providence in 2015, he was a managing director at Fortress, where he was charged with business development activities and managed a variety of the firm’s investor relationships across the firm’s alternative investment verticals. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Chestnut founded Atlantic-Pacific Capital’s Chicago office. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Northern Trust Company in their institutional sales and client service and risk and performance services divisions, as well as Duchossois Industries, both located in Chicago. Mr. Chestnut holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
