David Ritchie is a vice president based in our London office, where he works on the European tax and compliance team. Prior to joining Providence in 2021, he worked on the mergers and acquisitions tax team at Deloitte, where he advised private equity clients on U.K. and international tax structuring and diligence matters. Mr. Ritchie holds a Master of Arts in economics and a Master of Science in banking and finance from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. He is also a qualified chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser.
