Bio

Charles Vernudachi is a managing director based in our London office, where he focuses on investor relations and fundraising in Europe and the Middle East. He is a member of the firm's ESG committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2014, Mr. Vernudachi was a managing director with Eaton Partners in London, where he oversaw the EMEA distribution of private equity funds and hedge funds. Previously, he was a senior client executive with SEB in London, where he was responsible for the distribution of alternative solutions in Europe. Prior to that, he was an executive director in the securities division of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for the distribution of liquid and structured credit products. Mr. Vernudachi started his career with Natixis in Paris. Mr. Vernudachi holds a Bachelor of Science from the University Paris Dauphine. He is a CAIA Charter Member and co-founder of the Paris chapter.
