Bio

Carlos Oñate is a vice president in the human capital management group based in our Providence office, where he focuses on human capital management (HCM) operations and analytics. He is a member of the firm's D&I committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2017, he worked for a boutique human resources consulting firm, focused on developing and delivering data-driven human resources solutions. Mr. Oñate holds a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of New Haven, with a concentration in organizational development and consultation.
