Andrew Tisdale is a senior managing director based in our London office. He co-leads the firm's private equity investment activities in Europe and is a member of the firm’s investment, portfolio review and executive committees. Mr. Tisdale is currently a director of Ambassador Theatre Group, Chime Communications, CloserStill Media, HSE24, Node4 and Superstruct Entertainment. Previously, he served on the boards of Clarion Events, M7, ONO and TES Global. Prior to joining Providence in 2008, he was co-head of the global media and communications group and a member of Morgan Stanley’s management committee for investment banking. Mr. Tisdale speaks French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and conversational German. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Yale School of Drama, the Space Innovation Council at CalTech and Vanderbilt University's College of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Tisdale holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
