Bio

A mathematical sciences graduate of Oxford University, Alistair joined Andersen (now Deloitte) to qualify as a chartered accountant. After gaining his ACA, he moved to PwC’s financial due diligence team, working on a range of corporate and private equity sponsored transactions. Alistair joined Primary in 2006 and has been involved in our investments in Napier Turbochargers, Paperchase, Amtech Group, and its subsequent acquisition of ArtrA, GatenbySanderson, Maru Group, Readypower, Metamark, VJ Technology and Foster+Freeman. Alistair enjoys golf and skiing and spends his free time travelling to exciting destinations around the world.
