As a member of Platinum Equity’s M&A Operations team, David M. DeJoie is responsible for performing operational and commercial due diligence on potential acquisition targets and for developing post-acquisition transition and value creation plans. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2001, Mr. DeJoie worked at Pilot Software as Vice President Customer Care. Mr. DeJoie earned a Certificate in Computer Science from Blue Hills Technical Institute.
