Caroline holds a degree in Classics from Cambridge University, England, and is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales. Caroline is the Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on strategic projects and operational support for the people of Permira and advising on talent matters in relation to the portfolio companies. Caroline is a member of the Board of Trustees for Teach First. Prior to joining Permira, Caroline was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, spending 11 years in the Human Capital Management and Legal Department. Previously, she was a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Slaughter and May.
