Bio

Mr. Pierce is an Associate Director of Business Development at Performance Equity. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pierce worked on the Business Development team at PitchBook Data, Inc. where he led a team of 20 business development professionals in expanding their footprint in the global PE, VC and M&A landscape. Prior to PitchBook, Mr. Pierce conducted public equity and fixed income research for a team managing $2b in assets at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Mr. Pierce is an alumnus of Trinity College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
