Diyong Xu is a Principal on the Private Equity team. Prior to joining OrbiMed, Mr. Xu was an investment banking analyst in the healthcare group at Lazard where he focused on M&A, financing and strategic advisory for biotech, diagnostics and pharma clients in U.S., Japan and E.U. Mr. Xu earned his M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and M.S. degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Dartmouth Medical School. He holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Zhejiang University in China.
