Craig leads the IT Service Delivery team at Onex. The team focuses on providing the firm the tools, technology and “best in class” support to help drive success across all areas of the business. Prior to joining Onex, Craig was a Senior Systems Administrator within the IT team of a cutting-edge digital agency, where he focused on maintaining the systems, services and critical infrastructure for offices spanning six countries. Previously, he worked for Microsoft as a senior escalation resource to its Enterprise Platform Support group. Craig graduated from Trent University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. He also earned a diploma in Information Technology and has completed numerous IT certifications.
